The Organization currently has approximately 40 employees. Through our quality system, we annualy schedule the different programs for our staff training in order for them to be more prepared every day to face new challenges and theories.

 

With the support and training of the SENA, we have scheduled different courses developed at the facilities of METALIZADORA, Thanks to these technical trainings we get a massive turnout and in this way we can count with certified competent staff who provide a daily service of better quality.

Through our Occupational Health Program we provide training for our staff in industrial safety, emergency planning, health promotion and prevention.

 

Most of our staff has extensive experience in their work, turners, welders, milling, machine tool operators and rectifiers with over 20 years experience, who have great knowledge which allows them to appropriate solutions to technical difficulties they arise.

 

In the month of July-August 2010 we developed a basic computer course with plant personnel, where they developed skills for the knowledge of computers and internet management.
